Where Can I Adopt a Bichon Frise in California?

okay so i want to adopt a baby bichon frise from a shelter but i’ve had no luck. please help and it has to be in sacramento!
they have to be free!! i want to adopt them not buy them. thank you

Yeah, I looked on petfinder, and so far none of them are in Sacramento. If you really want a bichon this bad you will have to drive some distance. Sorry, here are bichons up for adoption closest to you. these are the petfinder results. And none of these are in sacramento. – sorry keep searching

Look for rescues and shelters in the area. Also try http://www.petfinder.com.
