How to Train a Bichon Frise to Sit/stand/and to a Pee Pad?

I have a female bichon frise and I am having a really hard to train how to sit/stand and to use the pee pad. She’s about 2-3 years old or so, I’m not really sure, I found her on a street corner all alone and no collar.

plz help!

Could you tell me where the Bichon Frise was found.
My Bichon Frise went missing a few weeks ago from Solihull West Midlands and I wondered if the bichon you found may possibly be my dog.
