I live in c'ville… Itz my sisters birthday and i want 2 buy her a puppy… im looking for a small dog like a shi-tzu or toy poodle but no chihuahuas.. my mom hates them.. Small dogs are usually cuter and easier to take care of so yea and my sisters 1…. ( i dont want a dog that sheds a lot, my sister has asthma)

although i should warn you that its not the hair that people are usually allergic to, so it might not do much for your sister. be careful when considering if you guys should get a dog, the last thing you would want to do is to have to take a dog back because you guys didn't research enough.
you mentioned your sister's turning one…i hope you're getting a dog for the family instead of just for her, because she will not be able to take care of it at all. a dog will be rowdy…i hope you guys will be responsible and keep it away from her. its not going to be much of a birthday present…

then you will want a poodle. if you have checked your local shelters you'll find out people don't get rid of their poodles so you'll have to buy one. i've been looking for one myself.
