There are NO sites that you can trust to buy a dog from - 99.9% of sites that sell dogs are Puppy Mills.

If you want a Bichon, then find a reputable responsible breeder in your area - You can start with the Breeder Referrals on the Bichon Frise Club of America site http://www.bichon.org/

Your best bet is to get a referral to a reputable breeder from the breed club.. I searched for the Club in GB.. Im assuming that is where you are from the links you posted…

Theres a list of clubs, NEVER buy a pup online, because anyone who sells online is more than likely to be a puppy miller.
Instead visit one of the clubs in the link, and find a reputable breeder through the club.

Never buy a dog from a breeder that sells puppies online! You never know what's in store. Try searching petfinder.com for a list of your local shelters that have bichon frise. Also, never get a dog from a pet store. Please take this advice. Or if you want a bichon frise from a responsible breeder go on http://www.akc.org, find their number and see if they can find you some local breeders in your area or a breeder not to far from you.
