Abigale's was …
Abigale's was pretty nad, she yelped in pain form the second it happened almost til the time it was fixed. She really needed it.
I have heard that they can heal themselves given time. If she's not in pain, and your vet agrees, maybe see how she does b4 deciding on surgery, it was a long hard recovery. You have to keep the little buggers from running for about 5 weeks or so…..'nuff said!! ha

lmao 'accidental' toy dropping my bichon does that too much =\ lol, is her leg alot better now? my dog has very minor luxating patella. she skips when she walks but it doesn't hurt her:S would you recommend getting the surgery?

Not real sure, she was laying in her doggie bed and my daughter came in the back door, Abs jumped up happy to see her, turned the corner and started yipping like crazy….and that was that…..apparently she moved the wrong way….she is doing really good now though.

Aww! That was so cute! Poor little baby! My bichon loves to chew on toys and drop them off the side of the couch. I swear she does it on purpose. Once we pick the toy up for her, the "accidental" toy dropping becomes more frequent. I think it's her way of playing fetch with us.

How has Abigales leg been holding up? She is just the cutest little dog ever! I really mean that! We watch Abigales videos several times a day just to get our Abigale fix!

Nope Abs didn't deserve that! Her owner (me)has already had an Achilles tendon re-attached. Thing like this go in three's!
