The link you were already given will help with locating a good Bichon breeder in your area. Also check the American Kennel Club's website at http://www.AKC.org for other helpful info on how to identify a reputable and ethical breeder. Please avoid buying a dog from a pet shop…these dogs come from highly irresponsible and unethical breeders or even worse puppy mills. Good luck with your new dog.
