If you want cheap then don't get a dog. You won;t get quality for cheap. You have asked this quesiton over and over. how about doing a little research for yourself?

There's no such thing as a good and cheap breeder, it's one or the other. You'll only get a sickly dog from a cheap one.

They are quite expensive but they are so cute and good natured!

My Aunt has a Bichon Frise and its a horrible little thing that yaps all the time and bites peoples ankles, also its at the salon once a week to make its hair a pristine white. However this might not be the case for all Bichon Frises and I do think they are really cute looking.

I have a Bichon. She is the best dog I have ever had and I will stick with the breed in future. They are intelligent, easy going and affectionate although they require daily brushing and trimming every couple of months. You can expect to pay around 500

if they fit your lifestyle and personality, ya, they are good dogs.
HOw much depends on where you go to get one.. shelter or rescue you can get one for a fair adoption fee.
From a breeder.. depends on the bloodlines, Ch sired, pet or show quality, etc.
A good breeder wont come "cheap".. they put alot of time and money into their dogs to assure that they are breeding healthy, quality animals. Im in the US, and I would expect to pay around $800-1200 USD to obtain a pet-quality dog from a good breeder.. currency exchnage shows that is roughly 518-775 GBP (average prices for dogs may be different where you are at tho)
The breed club can refer you to a good breeder.. http://www.bichonfriseclubofgb.info/

Good breeders & "Cheap" don't go together. Buy a cheap one and it's probably from a puppy farmer. What you save on purchase price you will double on vet's bills and it will probably have behavioural problems too.
Find a reputable breeder and pay a bit extra for a lifetime's help and backup from an experienced breeder who only breeds from top class stock which has been health tested (not just "vet checked")

Get a book from the library and just read up on them, temprement, expensive, potential medical issues…..
I think they're lovely well natured dogs with good training and a good routine.
